You can book sessions directly from your studio's mobile app or from their booking page on the web. Browse available sessions, select the one you'd like to attend, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation notification in the app and by email.
Open the app and go to your bookings to cancel or manage upcoming sessions. You can also cancel from the link in your confirmation email. Cancellation policies vary by studio.
Studios may offer credit packages that you can buy through the app. Once purchased, credits are automatically deducted when you book a session. You can view your remaining credits and transaction history at any time from the app.
When a session is full, you can join the waitlist directly from the app. If a spot opens up, you'll be automatically notified via push notification and email so you can confirm your booking.
Your complete booking history is available in the app. You can see past and upcoming sessions, attendance records, and credit usage all in one place.
You can manage your profile information directly in the app. To request account deletion or data removal, contact us at contact@bookday.io or visit our Account Deletion page.
